Ingredients
1 small avocado (100 g)
200 g of fresh bean sprouts or blanched and tinned or not depending on taste
100 g of tomatoes
100 g of crab
100 g of lambs lettuce
1 small green pepper
Yoghurt sauce or cream cheese
Make the yoghurt sauce
1 plain yoghurt
1 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard
Herbes : parsley, chive, chervil, tarragon
Salt, pepper
Mix all the ingredients

Make a cream cheese sauce
100 g of 0% fat cream cheese

Mix the bean sprouts with the crab
Put in a serving dish and decorate with tomato quarters, the avocado peeled and cut into pieces and the pepper cut in slices
Coat with the sauce
Sprinkle with paprika
