Mushrooms à la Grecque

Ingredients
600 g of Button mushrooms
100 g of concentrated tomato ( 2 tablespoons )
10 cl of white wine
1/2 of a lemon juice
Thyme, laurel, clove, tarragon, garlic, coriander
Salt, pepper
Clean, wash, mince the mushrooms
Cook the mushrooms for 20 min in the mixture of concentrated tomato, white wine, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper
Serve hot or warm with the cooking juice
