For the stuffing
100 g of 20% fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Salt, pepper
Alternatives:
With shrimp or tuna (25 Kcal / serving)
Add 50 g of shrimp or chopped tuna and some cayenne pepper to the stuffing
With olives (20 Kcal / serving)
Add 20 g of pitted and chopped black olives and paprika to the stuffing
With blue cheese (20 Kcal / serving)
Add 20 g of cheese to the stuffing like : Roquefort, Fourme d'Ambert …

Add 4 anchovy fillets and a crushed garlic clove to the stuffing
